ORDER PREPARATION

When we receive your order, we will process it as soon as possible. We give the following instructions on how long it takes to process an order.

1. Clarify that the standard time required to prepare orders for shipping is 1-3 business days.

2. Specify that for custom orders, the preparation time begins after design confirmation.

3. Mention that the preparation time for custom orders will start counting once the design is confirmed.

By including this clarification, customers will understand that the preparation time for custom orders may vary depending on the design confirmation process.

Postal Services: Commercial express or postal parcel.

All orders will be provided with a traceable number

NOTICE:

- International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left our warehouse, it becomes a subject to your local post office.

- We take full responsibility for our products, for its shipping, delivery and in case of damage during delivery or loss (after certain term of your type of shipping) we can send you a new product. So there are no reasons to be worried :)
